Vehicle Tracking System (Shaifek)

Shaifek :

Geographic Systems Company has developed the Shaifek vehicle tracking system to work on the Windows computer operating system and iOS & Android mobile operating systems, and the Shaifek system provides advanced vehicle management services for government institutions, private sector companies and business owners, as well as providing complete protection for vehicles.

System Components

The tracking system consists of :

1- A GPS-Receiver receiver that receives GPS signals (this device is placed in the vehicle) and reads the coordinates of its location. A small-sized, easy-to-tie device is usually placed in a chosen and hidden place in the vehicle.

2-  It sends it to the Tracking Server, and this server can be at the headquarters of our company (and servers can be used at the headquarters of the beneficiary.).

3- This data is sent by a SIM card located in the GPS-Receiver device, and this chip is intended for GPRS business exclusively and not for communications.

4- Shaifek application, which works as a Web Application system, works on computers and other operating systems, as it works on mobile devices of various kinds, the Android operating system as well as iOS.

5- An account is created for the beneficiary and he is provided with a username and password through which he can access the system and view its full details.

Shaifek Services

The Shaifek system provides many benefits and services, some of which are optional according to the customer’s desire, and the most important services in short :

1- Real time tracking, enabling you to follow your vehicle moment by moment. Google Map can be used, 5 other types of maps can be used, in addition to the possibility of using the background of satellite images.

2- Know the speed of the vehicle and the direction at all times.

3- Limit the speed and receive notifications when it is exceeded. We determine the maximum speed of the vehicle was (90 km / h) and the system sends a notification to the controller Admin when the vehicle exceeds the specified speed.

4- Select the path or work area and receive notifications when it is exceeded. Determine the working area for each vehicle and receive a notification when the vehicle exceeds the specified area, thus ensuring that the vehicle is performing its duty.

5- Protection from theft, by knowing the location of the vehicle and the possibility of extinguishing its engine through the application, the vehicle is protected or accessed in the event of theft, God forbid.

6- Remotely shutting down the vehicle’s engine. By adding a small relay to the vehicle, we can turn it off at any time by the controller and it can only be turned on after a notification from the system.

7- Trips report: This report is one of the most important reports, as each process between departure and stop is a journey that determines the beginning, end, duration and distance, and the results can be produced as an Excel table, knowing that the time is specified in hour, minute, second, and the location is specified up to parts of the meter.

8- Daily distance report: We determine the start and end dates and can be output as an Excel table that shows us the distance traveled by each car every day, and through that fuel consumption can be estimated. Note that we can add a special sensor to calculate fuel consumption more accurately and not guessatively.

9- The possibility of adding additional sensors such as :

  • Provide emergency button SOS button.

  • Give alerts with light signal and vibration as well.

  • Providing an external mic inside the vehicle.

  • Fuel metering sensor provision.
